With over 30 years in marketing, POP manufacturing, BtoB services and retail sales Fleischman Associates has joined with Ennovations Marketing Group to create a new business model that promotes small business, helps the end user homeowner and creates monthly funding for local charitable giving.
Founder- Steve Fleischman has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Management from our local Palm Desert CSUSB campus class of ‘92. He believes in family and community…that we take care of our own.
His vision is now being expanded to include all desert communities, by providing funding though the Desert HomeCierge “For Profit Philanthropy” business model. Mr. Fleischman’s Trifecta business model mandates that a portion of monthly revenue received be given to the charitable entities designated by its merchants and members. His Trifecta business model incorporates the small business merchants, desert homeowner and the surrounding desert communities.
Co-Founder- Julie Fleischman combines years of medical knowledge and working in the retail service field with over 18 years of PTO elementary school involvement to align the needs of education and community. Her devotion as a Patroness in the Coachella Valley Chapter of National Charity League inspires the need for this program and giving back to our desert community.
