5 Commandments
1. Call One Hour Prior to scheduled time window if you cannot arrive during that time. Any appointments will be kept unless otherwise discussed.
2. Arrive In Professional Attire with proper conduct, and working equipment, ready to accomplish the task at hand during the appointed time.
3. Once An Estimate Is Written (unless agreed upon in writing prior to the work being done) a 10% or so variation in the quote is acceptable upon completion.
4. Business Owner or the decision maker will make themselves directly available to our members when a dispute arises.
5. VIP Care - As a distinguished merchant, these are distinguished clients and we will follow up and make sure quality care and professionalism is practiced.
