How do I access your service ?
After viewing the website a user would call our local phone number (760) 568-1200, input the proper extension, then is forwarded to a local desert business, which would then answer accordingly. If you are unsure of what you are looking for a personal assistant is ready to help.

Do I have to join ?
No it will be free for everybody to use. Our Merchants pay for their listings. To access our valuable Coupons & Deals listings you must signup as a user. When you are a registered user you can choose your favorite charities, this helps us allocate our charitable giving based upon the funds you and other homeowners spend with our Distinguished Merchants. We will not sell any information (ie: email or phone #) you provide. This information is only for us to follow up with you to get your feeback on our merchants, notify you of a special event or special promotions offered.

What exactly will Desert HomeCierge do for me ?
We will act as your liaison, your personal assistant, in communicating your needs and desires to those you hire within our referral system. If you need someone to come out to your home, you can arrange for one of our HomeCierge Advocates. We are an extra set of ears to listen and help you when you need to upgrade and improve your home. We will follow up with you to get your feedback on our merchant providers, this way we can insure the best performance possible. Our web portal will also help in getting information to you so you can fully enjoy our beautiful desert community.

What does Desert HomeCierge do for our community?
DHC is founded on the need to give back to our community. In place of the standard advertising methods DHC will be supporting our local charities and community needs directly and through local outreach organizations. We depend on public relations to get our message across. There is more than one way to measure success in business; we believe it is found in what we can do for others in need. You, the Homeowner, are a part of our giving back to the community. A percentage of what you spend with our merchants/ providers will go towards our desert charities. You will have some input into what charities we give to by joining and designating your “Top 5” organizations. When we give to one of your favorite charities we will invite you to be a part of the presentation, along with your merchant provider, so you are included in the enjoyment of giving. When DHC calls for your feedback we will also ask for the amount you’ve spent with the merchant, in this way we keep track of your usage and charity points.

What are Charity Points?
Charity points are given based upon the money our homeowners spend with our merchants. This “sales” information will be provided by the merchant as well as the result of feedback from the Homeowner. We depend on that feedback so we can allocate funds to be given back to our community.

Home maintenance, home improvement, personal, family, pets, and entertainment. Approximately 250 categories that a homeowner would find useful.

Can I use the system if I am not located in the desert?
Yes, we have a lot of homeowners who have second homes, vacationers who have been here but need to know more information, and vacationers wanting to find out what entertainment and restaurants venues are available.

If you are tired of fighting just to be treated fairly. If you get frustrated by the lack of communication you receive before, during, or after the work is done. If you feel at a disadvantage when looking for merchants to service your home. If you would ever want someone to just “be there” for you, other than the company doing the work. If you have ever felt you received anything less the the upmost respect, that is why we are here.

What is the Desert HomeCierge service guarantee?
Our Merchants agree to uphold our 5 Commandments. In addition, Desert HomeCierge will provide, up to $250 against labor services, to any homeowner who uses one of our referral service providers and feels that the service was substandard and was not able to get resolution from the provider. These claims paid will be posted on our website for future Homeowner reference. DHC reserves to right to remove a provider for poor performance history.
