What is a “Distinguished Merchant”?
As Desert HomeCierge merchant you will be perceived as 90% above the rest, since only about 10% are able to become a DHC merchant. We will provide an acrylic memento and window label(similar to the BBB) describing your business as a distinguished merchant who follows the DHC Five Commandants.

Standard Listing (2-8 merchants per category in rotation)
$69 monthly for the first standard listing and $30 monthly for each additional category listed.
Premium CHARITY HOUSE Listing, in addition to standard listing is $30, all revenue for the charity house listed will be added to the monthly community giving.
This premium CHARITY HOUSE listing is a faster alternative than from the standard menus.
How does DHC create PR?
Since we will not be paying for advertising, we will direct that budget as well as other funds to local organizations on a monthly basis. We look forward to the monthly give a-ways and in return will work to create as much Public Relations exposure as we can, catapulting DHC as a well-known Desert organization creating more goodwill every month. These giveaways will be large check type presentations, the homeowners and merchants who chose the charity as one of their “Top 5” will be invited to the presentation to stand behind the check. Your name as one of the merchants will be linked to this donation.
For Example: Mrs. Hanna has her kitchen remodeled and spends $10,000 with one of our Distinguished Merchants, “Desert Kitchens”, a percentage of the amount spent (Charity Points) will be allocated to one of Mrs. Hanna’s top 5 charity choices, along with other charity points accumulated from other homeowners and funds from DHC. Let’s say that the donation is going to Desert Arc. When the presentation is made to Desert Arc the homeowner, Mrs. Hanna, and the merchant, Desert Kitchens, are both invited to come help present the check along with the other homeowners and merchants that selected Desert Arc as the charity of thier choice. Thus creating great PR and giving the merchant and homeowner both a feeling of joy in giving.

What is Desert HomeCierge Marketing Plan?
Our marketing plan is broad reaching. We are actively involved in the public relations medium here in the desert providing monthly funding to local charities, and community needs directly and through local outreach organizations. We will also encourage local print media to provide coverage as PR.
In addition to our public relations we are launching our "Ask Super Steve" campaign to reach desert homeowners. This campaign directs callers to "Call Steve" for help finding a merchant to take care of thier home repair or remodeling needs. Or to visit the Asksupersteve.com blog.
Our marketing includes destination coupon sites to lead homeowners back to deserthc.com for all thier desert deals and coupon savings. Your coupons and specials will be listed at no extra charge for homeowners to access on our website.
We are also advertising Desert HomeCierge and it's merchants through Google Adwords, social networking sites: Facebook & Twitter and Email newsletters to homeowners with rotating business spotlight, showcasing our Distinguished Merchants.

How do you plan on getting homeowners to call the merchants?
They will find out from their friends and family in schools, churchs, temples, work, home shows, news articles, and local promotions. Our "Super Steve" branding campaign will bring the homeowners looking for help with thier everyday needs. Our portal will bring hundreds to thousands daily looking for information. As a free informational portal Desert HomeCierge will become a household name.

How many businesses in my category would I have to compete with?
Generally 2-8 businesses. We are accepting only about 5-10% of each business category. All categories listings are rotated, so everybody gets a top spot.

Yes, each additional category would be $30 monthly. Founder's Club Special: Pay for 2 Founders Club listings get third listing FREE for 6 months! After first 6 months additional category listings can be added, space allowing, all listings are month to month.

Can Desert HomeCierge help my business with a web presence?
Yes, Available Soon! at no monthly cost we will provide a hosted “your domain” web presence. We will have editor software available so you can create your own web page. Just pay us $100 for setup. That goes to the IT department to upload files and arrange your email. Or you can pay for a custom website, prices vary and are evaluated by the job.

Are there any annual contracts?
No, after the first 6 months, it is strictly month to month. This is set up on a auto pay plan. Just notify us 30 days prior, for cancellation by email or fax. We need that time to cancel the autopay transaction and remove you from our referral system.

How can I know how many calls I receive from your system?
We will provide access to our telephony server where you can receive up to the minute access to those calls that were directed to your extension.

What is the Desert HomeCierge service guarantee?
Desert HomeCierge will provide, up to $250 against labor services, to any homeowner who uses one of our referral service providers and feels that the service was substandard and was not given resolution by the provider.

What happens when a claim is filed?
We will contact you first to try to resolve the homeowner's complaint. If DHC has to pay a claim, that meant the merchant provider was unable or unwilling to satisfy the homeowner and we will then pay up to $250. Once paid the DHC retains the right to remove the services provider at will. Also, any claims paid will be listed on the website for homeowner reference.
